Sleep for the Body

Sleep (noun): a condition in which the body and mind is inactive, typically reoccurs several times a night with the body going through different stages of sleep where the muscles are relaxed, eyes shut, and the consciousness is “mindless”. Sleep (verb): be asleep

Sleep. Something that can never be completely fulfilled. It’s always wanted… always needed. Sleep is so important for your body and your mind. It gives you energy to push yourself that extra workout, exercise, or drill. It is necessary to take care of your body on a daily basis. Not getting enough rest can lead to emotional/physical changes, for example baggy eyes, restless attitude, up and down mood changes, and lack of energy. By getting about 8 hours of sleep per night, moods can turn from negative to positive and workouts can turn from dreadful to pleasurable. Be sure to really focus on getting enough sleep for your body when planning your days and weeks out. In the end, changes will be noticed.
