Here at Delta Pilates, we like to listen to calming and meditative music while practicing our classical Pilates. It allows us to tune out the world beyond the studio doors and take the time to focus on our own body and muscle intentions. However, when it is time for us to hit the gym and bust out some major cardio, we like to jam to some of our favorite songs!
